Details
This is the Tokugawa katana by mastersmith, Paul Chen. The blade is hand-forged from high-carbon steel, differentially tempered using the traditional clay-coat method. The temper line (hamon) is crisp and prominent. The tsuba is black iron. The habaki is brass, the same is synthetic ray skin, tsuka-ito is synthetic leather, the saya is wood with a matte black finish and the sageo is woven cotton. Comes complete with a black sword bag.
