The Persians' favorite weapon was the bow and arrow. Just the sight of their demonic-looking arrows was enough to drive fear into their enemies. Like the Persian arrows of the past, these Limited Edition prop replicas are fearsome to look upon. The arrows are hand crafted from wood, iron and feathers and capture the exact look of the ones from the movie. "Our arrows will blot out the sun," says a Persian emissary to the Spartans. No doubt. Can you imagine a half million of these styles of arrows swarming down on you? Not a fun prospect, no matter how many shields you have. The crazy arrowhead designs on these gave the missiles more weight and allowed them to penetrate farther when they hit. These designs also had outward curving barbs, which made it almost impossible to remove them without causing horrendous tears in flesh or muscle. Unlike the ones that the Persians had, these arrows are a Limited Edition. Once they're gone, there won't be any more. The arrow can be shoved into the holes in the Limited Edition Spartan Shield if you're lucky enough to score one of them.
